WhatsApp team is pushing more and more updates frequently. On that queue, WhatsApp is testing text formatting on chats, which allows you to use Bold and Italics format on the chat texts. This feature was spotted on the recent beta update of WhatsApp for Android. The update is not rolled out to all users officially and it is limited to the beta testers for now. The beta version v2.12.535 includes text formatting and also users can share files from Google Docs and Sheets. If you want to experience this feature right now, you can download the latest beta apk manually. So lets expect the update soon officially to all the users.

How To Use the features:

Get the latest updated apk file [v2.12.535]
Just add *(asterisks) symbol at the start and end of the word you want to make Bold. Eg: *Bold*
Similarly, add  _(underscore) symbol at the start and end of the word you want to make Italics and that’s it. Eg: *Italics*
